2025 Award Winners Announced

On Friday 5th December, HV held its 3rd Annual Awards Night & Christmas Party.
After two years at the Queens Wharf Hotel and taking up all available space in the harbourside venue, we moved over to the NEX King Street for some more space as our community grows. However, we had approximately 1/3 less attendees than previous years so will look at alternative formats for 2026 and beyond.
It was a great evening celebrating our programs and community's highest achievers. All of which was made possible this season when whole teams of players worked together for their shared success and enjoyment of volleyball on and off court.
Special thanks to our guests on the evening - Glen Rigby, Mark Pichler, Greg Miller, Ian Bell, Dani Tansu and Michelle Slack-Smith, attending to present the Perpetual Trophies named in their honour for their commitment and contribution to Hunter Volleyball throughout the past 30+ years history of volleyball in Newcastle and the Hunter region!
